1.Power system
[1].This series of models are equipped with three high-quality single-cylinder engines, precisely matching the power requirements of different working scenarios.
[2].The SVH80 is equipped with a Honda GX390 gasoline four-stroke engine with a rotational speed of 3600 rpm, an output power of 9.7 KW, a fuel capacity of 6.5L, featuring powerful and stable performance, capable of handling heavy compaction operations;
[3].The SVH80C is equipped with a Changchai Changfa 186F diesel four-stroke engine with a rotational speed of 3600 rpm, an output power of 6 KW, a fuel capacity of 5.5L, with excellent fuel economy, a durable body, and suitable for conventional earthwork and road compaction;
[4].The SVH80S adopts a GOLDEN FLYING FISH RD90N-1 horizontal water-cooled diesel engine with a rotational speed of 2400 rpm, an output power of 5.88 KW, a fuel capacity of 10L, with an effective water-cooling design for temperature control, capable of supporting long-term continuous operation, and with stable and reliable performance.

2.Drive & Control System
[1].The SVH80 series adopts a variable piston pump stepless speed control dual-wheel drive mode. The walking speed can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 0 – 6 kilometers per hour. It can precisely match the operation speed according to the compacted materials and construction requirements, and is suitable for various scenarios of compaction operations.
[2].The braking system is linked with the drive system. It achieves operation braking through the variable piston pump and adopts a hydraulic steering method. It is equipped with a hydraulic support plate steering system, which enables flexible and precise steering. It can complete small-radius turns in narrow areas, significantly enhancing operational convenience.
[3].The vibration system is designed with dual rollers driven by hydraulic power, and the amplitude of the entire series is 0.5 MM, with an excitation force of 30 KN.
[4].The vibration frequencies of SVH80 and SVH80S are 65 HZ, while that of SVH80C is 60 HZ. High-frequency vibration can effectively enhance the compaction density, making the compaction of soil, sand, gravel, and asphalt materials more uniform.

[5].The entire machine is equipped with a gravity spray watering system, featuring a 30-liter large water tank that can continuously supply water, effectively preventing the rollers from sticking to the compacted materials, and ensuring the compaction quality and smooth operation.
