1.Power system

[2].The SVH50 is equipped with a Honda GX270 gasoline four-stroke engine, with an output power of 6.7kw and a stable rotational speed of 3600rpm. It supports both manual recoil and electric start modes for easy startup, suitable for working conditions requiring high response speed of power.
[3].The SVH50C uses a Changfa/Changchai/Kama178 diesel four-stroke engine with an output power of 4.4kw, ensuring continuous operation capability at a rotational speed of 3600rpm. It has outstanding cost-effectiveness.
[4].The SVH50S is equipped with a Changchai R180 evaporative water-cooled diesel engine, with an output power of 5.7kw and a rotational speed of 2600rpm. The water-cooling system effectively guarantees the stability of long-term and high-intensity operations.
2.Drive & Control System
[1].The drive system adopts a bidirectional hydraulic chain drive method, ensuring smooth and efficient power transmission. Combined with a 0-4 km/h continuous speed regulation, it can precisely control the operation progress and is suitable for precise compaction work in narrow spaces.
[2].The theoretical climbing ability of the entire series reaches 30%, enabling it to easily handle slope terrain operations and meeting the construction needs of complex sites.
[3].The vibration system adopts a front and rear dual vibration wheel design. The vibration frequency is stable at 70Hz, the amplitude is 0.6mm, and the excitation force can reach 30kn. The compaction effect is outstanding, which can effectively improve the ground density and is suitable for the compaction of various material roads.
[4].The SVH50 is equipped with a gravity spray water system. The 20L large-capacity water tank can effectively prevent the materials from adhering to the wheel body during the compaction process, ensuring the compaction flatness.

3.Size
[1].Machine details: The overall operating weight of the machine is uniformly 530kg. The static line load is 45n/cm, and the pressure on the ground is moderate. It can operate on fragile ground without damaging the base.
Roller size: The drum width is 600mm and the drum diameter is 426mm. The coverage and efficiency of the compaction are well balanced.
[2].Machine size: The full width is 780mm. When placed horizontally with handrails, the length is 2480mm. When the handrails are upright, the height is 1820mm. It can also turn flexibly in narrow areas for operation; the packaging size is 1300*840*1050mm, which is convenient for transportation and storage, and reduces logistics costs.
[3].Water tank capacity: Both SVH50 and SVH50C have a capacity of 20L, meeting the requirements for water spraying and compaction. SVH50S omits the watering system and focuses on the core compaction scenarios of diesel-water-cooled models.
