The Walking Behind Full Electric Stacker is a compact, highly maneuverable material handling solution designed for efficient lifting, stacking, and transporting of palletized loads in warehouses, workshops, retail stockrooms, and production facilities. Unlike manual pallet trucks or hand-pumped stackers, this fully electric unit features both electric drive (traction) and electric hydraulic lifting, eliminating the need for physical pushing or manual pumping. The operator walks alongside the unit, controlling all functions through an ergonomic tiller arm – making it an ideal choice for facilities where space is limited, budgets are constrained, or operators prefer a lightweight, easy-to-use alternative to ride-on stackers.

With its small footprint, low upfront cost, and simple operation, the walking behind electric stacker bridges the gap between a basic manual stacker and a larger ride-on unit. It delivers powered performance without requiring extensive operator training or wide operating aisles.

Full Electric Drive – A maintenance-free electric drive motor provides smooth, variable-speed travel in both forward and reverse. The operator controls speed via the tiller arm using intuitive thumb rockers or butterfly levers. No pushing required – even under full load.
Full Electric Lifting – An electric hydraulic pump unit powers the lifting cylinder, raising loads to heights of 2500mm–3500mm (8–12 feet) with consistent, controlled power. A simple push-button or lever control raises the forks; a separate control lowers them smoothly.
Walk-Behind Operation – The operator walks alongside or behind the unit, steering via a ergonomic tiller arm that folds down for compact storage. This design provides excellent visibility of the forks and load, making it easy to position pallets precisely in tight spaces.
Compact & Lightweight – Smaller chassis and lighter weight than ride-on stackers allow easy transport between worksites and operation in narrow aisles (as tight as 2.0–2.3 meters / 79–90 inches). The unit can be turned around in its own length in many cases.
Simple, Intuitive Controls – Color-coded, labeled controls with tactile feedback require minimal training. Most operators become proficient within minutes. No complex programming or certification required for basic operation (though workplace safety training is always recommended).
Battery-Powered – Sealed lead-acid (SLA) or lithium-ion battery provides shift-long power. Lithium-ion options offer opportunity charging, zero maintenance, and consistent voltage throughout discharge.
Versatile Mast Options – Available with single-stage, two-stage, or three-stage masts to suit different lift height requirements. Two-stage (double lifting) and three-stage masts provide high lift height with low collapsed mast height for door clearance and trailer loading.
