Unlike pedestrian stackers that require the operator to walk alongside, this stand-on model allows the operator to ride on the platform, reducing fatigue and increasing productivity during high-frequency, multi-shift operations.

The “double lifting” feature refers to a two-stage or telescopic mast design that provides extended lift height while maintaining a low collapsed mast height – allowing the stacker to pass through standard doorways and work inside containers or trailers, then reach high stacking positions up to 3000mm–4500mm (10–15 feet) or more.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Stand-On Ride-On Design – The operator rides on a spacious, anti-slip platform with side rails and an ergonomic control handle. This reduces walking fatigue, increases shift-long productivity, and allows faster travel between picking locations.

• Double Lifting (Two-Stage Mast) – The telescopic mast features two or three lifting stages, providing high lift capacity (typically 1000kg–2000kg / 2200–4400 lbs) with a low collapsed mast height (often under 2000mm / 78 inches). This combination allows the stacker to work in low-clearance areas (trailers, mezzanines, ground-level aisles) while still reaching top-tier racking.

• Full Electric Drive & Lifting – Both traction and lifting functions are fully electric. The operator controls travel speed, steering, lift, lower, and tilt via intuitive lever or thumb controls. No manual pumping or pushing required.

• Powerful Battery System – Industrial-grade lead-acid or maintenance-free lithium-ion battery provides all-day operation on a single charge. Easy battery access for watering (lead-acid) or opportunity charging (lithium).

• High Maneuverability – Despite the ride-on design, the stacker features a compact turning radius, often under 1500mm (60 inches). Rear-wheel drive and precision steering allow easy navigation through narrow aisles, tight corners, and crowded loading docks.

• Smooth & Safe Operation – Electronic speed control, electromagnetic braking, and progressive lift/lower valves ensure smooth acceleration, stops, and load handling. Lowering speed is adjustable to prevent load shock.

• Durable Mast & Carriage – Heavy-duty C-section or I-section mast with roller bearing guides for stable, wobble-free lifting. Fork carriage often includes adjustable fork arms and optional sideshift for precise positioning.
